Current Actions

South Valley Care Center is currently restricting all visitors to the center.  Any family member/guardian/concerned party may call the center at 505-877-2200 to discuss a pre-arranged visit.  At this time we are asking all visitors to refrain from coming to the center, due to the current protocols given by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the New Mexico Department of Health.

We are fully committed to protecting our vulnerable population from all infectious diseases, including the current COVID-19 Coronavirus.

We have two cellular phones available for personal calls to the residents at the center.  You may call these numbers at any time between the hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm to speak to your loved ones.  In addition, we strive to answer the land-line phones and have the residents located for calls also.  See our phone numbers listed below:
